Shipping Information

Residential Orders:
Please note that a signature is required for items shipped to a residential address.
Projector Shipping:
Free ground shipping is available for all projectors, screens, and select accessories on orders shipped within the continental U.S. and will be handled by USPS.  Your order will be shipped within 3 days of ordering. Most projector orders shipped by ground are delivered within (3-5) business days after the initial handling time. We will email you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
International Shipping:
We do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S.
Weekends and Holidays:
Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Special Order or Backorder Items: If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with the anticipated delivery time frame. You can also check on the status of your back-ordered item by sending an email to sales@provisionprojections.com or calling (281) 369-4909.
Common Causes of Order Delays:
Ordering online is quick and easy, but sometimes unforeseen issues can cause brief order delays. Here are a few common sources of order delays:
- Shipping Address Not Matching Billing Address: Credit card companies are cautious about fraud prevention and may put a hold on orders that are shipping to an address that is not on their client's account. To avoid delays, call your credit card company to add the additional shipping address to your account. -
-Email Address Typos: A simple typo, like leaving off the .com or .net at the end of your email address, can keep you from receiving an order confirmation email. Double-check your email address when entering your order to avoid typos. You should receive an email immediately after placing your order.
- Phone Numbers Not Provided: Please provide us with a phone number where you can be reached during the day. If we encounter an issue with your order, we may need to call you to resolve it quickly. For example, some credit card companies have a limit for daily spending, which you may not be aware of. For privacy concerns, please see our privacy policy.
- Spam Filters: If you have a spam filter with your email provider, order confirmation emails may be received as spam. Please check your spam filter for your confirmation email if you don't receive one immediately after placing your order. For privacy concerns, please see our privacy policy.
